Submitted by Saul, July 4, 2007 You can add my name to the list of former WTEV employees. I worked at the station from May to December in 1966. This was my first broadcast job after graduating from Boston University and obtaining an FCC first class license. I was hired as a studio technician but spent a lot of shifts at the original transmitter site. Even though my stay was brief, I have great memories from there. I left reluctantly to go to Channel 10 in Albany WTEN where I spent 3 years. I scanned through the list of former employees and I recognized several names. I am going to contact Bob Palmer whom I do remember. I am sorry that Lee Tanner has passed away. He was a great fellow and a pleasure to work for. Missing from the employee ist is Mary Elizabeth Donnelly who came out to visit me at the transmitter site. She was very attractive and I remember her well. | |
