Bob spent 23 years at WTEV and ended up as Asst Chief Engineer, then went to the Providence Journal Broadcasting as chief engineeer and then Dir of Engineering for 8 years. Bob then became Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Larcan Transmitter USA and then Corporate Sales Manager for North America, where he spent 14 years before retirement. Bob was married to the former Kathy Patrone, an engineer from Channel 6 who later became Chief Engineer. She is now Dir of Engineering for KING-TV, KONG-TV and North West Cable News in Seattle. | |
